ABOUT ME!
hello! my name is R.D. Shepard, and i consider myself a chronic hobbyist. that means i collect hobbies and art mediums like a hoarder, and i switch off between these hobbies/mediums every other week. i estimate that by the time i turn 70, i will be at least slightly better than mediocre at crocheting, knitting, painting, digital illustration, sculpting, resin molding, audio-editing, writing, writing poetry, world-building, 3d-modeling, sewing, lamp-making, t-shirt printing, glassblowing, candle-making, playing ukulele, playing guitar, playing the harmonica, and many other hobbies.
jokes aside, i always fall back on traditional art and writing. they've always come so easily to me, and i love the endless possibilities that come with both. i love writing most of all, but painting is a close second. i'm experienced primarily with acrylic painting and freeform poetry.
aside from my hobbies, i'm also a huge fan of sci-fi, fantasy, & dark modern genres. i love video games, TTRPGs, podcasts, queer history, and all sorts of other stuff.
